An off-market sale for a long-standing owner

We were approached directly by the seller, who was looking for an off-market sale due to the condition of the property, both internally and externally. The seller had owned the property since it was built in the 1950s and was looking to relocate. We were able to exchange within a week and agreed to delay completion by three months to allow the seller time to complete their onward purchase. Following completion, the property was cleared and planning was secured for a large two-storey extension. We then sold the property to a local developer.
